Alaska Railroad Winter Schedule
The Alaska Railroad is one of the oldest tour operators in Alaska. Their history dates back before Anchorage was even a tent city. It all changed when construction of the 500 miles of track was completed in 1923.
Through the years, railbelt cities and towns have grown, but the awe-inspiring scenery between these destinations hasn't changed. You'll still see the glacier-sculpted valleys, deep gorges and vast landscapes. Wildlife still inhabits the forests and high country. All the natural wonders are easily seen from your railcar. Alaska's scenery is about as breathtaking as it gets.
