Tickets, Tours, or Tour Packages must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Tickets or tour vouchers will be mailed to your home address or held for pick up during summer months from 10:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, at our office in the lobby of the Springhill Suites Hotel, 575 First Ave., across the street from the Visitors Bureau in Fairbanks. Guests may request that tickets or vouchers be held for pick up at check-in at their hotel.Tours are quoted per person based on double occupancy and may or may not include taxes. Please refer to your individual voucher. Single, triple, and children’s prices will be quoted upon request. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Checks will be accepted if received in our sales office 75 days prior to the first day of the tour.
Prices, tour dates, and taxes are subject to change without notice.
ancellation, Change and Refund Policy
Notice of cancellations or changes must be received in our office for the cancellation to be considered valid. Monies will be refunded on cancellations made more than 65 days before the scheduled event, less a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation fees are per person. Refunds on cancellations made 65 to 14 days before the scheduled event will follow the cancellation policy of the attraction/tour operator with a minimum of a 20% cancellation fee. No refunds will be issued on cancellations with less than 14 days notice.
Requests for refunds must be made directly to the agent that sold you the tour. No refunds will be made on individual components of the tour or on unused services. Refunds for cancelled flights or changes in flight reservations will be in accordance with the rules of the carrier and subject to Alasks Tickets and Tours's cancellation fee.

To protect and safeguard your investment in your tour, we highly recommend you purchase travel and tour insurance. We recommend Travelex Insurance Services or TripMate Insurance Company. Alaska Tickets and Tours reserves the right to withdraw from any tour or portion of any tour described herein. Changes and alternative arrangements are at the discretion of Alaska Tickets and Tours.
Safety is always the primary goal of every tour. Because outdoor adventures are not entirely risk free, each tour participant may be required to sign an assumption of risk agreement. None of the providers of goods and services in any tour are owned or operated by Alaska Tickets and Tours, including but not limited to lodging facilities, food service providers, equipment suppliers, or transportation and tour operators. Therefore, Alaska Tickets and Tours is not responsible for acts or omission on the part of any providers and/or tour participant. Alaska Tickets and Tours is not responsible for any negligent or willful act or failure to act by such person or persons or any other third party.
It is the tour participant's responsibility to notify Alaska Tickets and Tours of health limitations and dietary restrictions in writing 65 days prior to the beginning of the tour. Each tour participant is responsible for travel and lodging arrangements prior to tour date. Alaska Tickets and Tours will not be responsible for accommodations and/or associated costs of services caused by flight delays due to weather or other events beyond our control.
By payment to Alaska Tickets and Tours, tour participants agree to be bound by all the above stated terms and conditions whether through an agent or directly with Alaska Tickets and Tours. Prices, tour dates and taxes are subject to change without notice.
