Alaska Salmon Bake

Your salmon, halibut and cod are direct from Alaska’s icy waters, and cooked before your eyes on our wood fire pit.

The salmon is basted with a special lemon, butter and brown sugar sauce. The halibut and cod is lightly breaded and then deep fried to perfection as only our Alaskan chefs know how to do.

The prime rib is also cooked over wood on a special outdoor grill, as you watch with mouth-watering anticipation!

After this hearty, delicious meal, shop the PICK ‘N POKE GIFT SHOP next door, which features a complete line of Alaskan treasures, including native crafts.

The Alaska Salmon Bake offers bus service to and from major hotels from 4:30 pm until 9:15 pm seven days a week.

Walk through Pioneer Park into Gold Rush Town where you will find the Palace Theatre & Saloon which features the "GOLDEN HEART REVUE".
