Bed
and Breakfasts
and
Hotels,
Lodges and Cabins

Alaska Tickets
and Tours makes arrangements at many, many bed and breakfasts and
hotels throughout Alaska. Because the list of lodging facilities is
to numerous to list, we ask that you simply let us know what type of
accommodations you are looking for and we will be pleased to help
you find the right one for you.
Bed and
Breakfasts in Alaska offer the unique opportunity for visitors to
meet real Alaskans first hand. Most B&B operators have lived in
Alaska for years and are very knowledgeable about their area and the
state. A bed and breakfast stay is often a highlight of the entire
Alaska experience. Prices generally range from $125-$150 for a room
with a shared bath and $135-$180 for a room with a private bath. All
bed and breakfast stays include breakfast in the room rates. Be sure
to tell us if you have a preference for a continental or a full
American breakfast. All the Bed and Breakfast we recommend have been
inspected and approved by the Alaska Bed and Breakfast Association.
Hotels, Lodges
and Cabins in Alaska are as varied as lodging facilities in other parts
of the country. Accommodations and amenities vary from property to
property and are prices accordingly. Prices generally range from
$125 - $260 per night. Most Lodges include breakfast, some remote
locations may also include other meals. Some Hotels provide
continental, self-service breakfast. Alaska is somewhat unique in
that some of these facilities, especially lodges and cabins, may
have shared baths or common bath houses. Be sure to ask about
breakfast and bath arrangement if this is a concern. We recommend
only hotels known to us or by reputation as offering good quality
accommodations and facilities.
When
requesting accommodations, we need to know:
The number of
people in your party.
The number of
rooms and beds required.
Will you
accept a room with a shared bath?
Does anyone in
your party smoke?
Does anyone in
your party require handicapped accessible facilities?
Will you have
a car during you stay?
