McKinley
Jeep Tours

Come enjoy the thrill of Mt.
McKinley's backcountry behind the wheel of a 4WD Jeep. As
your group of four drive off the beaten path through an area alive and
rich in wildlife and scenic wonders from Trapper Creek to Cache Creek
gold fields and then back to Trapper Creek, after a delicious lunch or
dinner of hearty beef stew, sourdough rolls and apple pie. Each
member of your group will be able to enjoy the thrill of maneuvering
along the dirt roads as long as they are 25 years of age and have a
valid drivers license. As you transverse through the historic
Petersville Mining District in the shadow of Mt. McKinley where
prospectors still mine for gold. You will hear about the
history of the area and ask questions of your guide via interactive
two-way radios. The group will stop whenever wildlife is spotted
so keep your camera handy.
