While visiting
Fairbanks, Alaska in winter, visit celebrated Alaskan musher and
author, and her sled dogs. You may have met her in one of her books,
on television or at the Riverboat Discovery.
Hear about her
love of living in Alaska with her family of sled dogs. Learn about
Mary's thirty years of adventure in mushing, where a dog team
carries her to a quiet life in the wilderness. Her achievements have
been recognized and honored by the State of Alaska and international
dog mushing organizations.

| Tours are
available November 1 to February 28. They are not available
in March as Mary is "On the Trail" with her dogs. |
Policies
Reservations
are required. Winter program times vary depending on daylight
hours. Please call for schedule. Group size is limited. Groups of 10 or more may want a
customized tour during the day. Mary will be happy to work with you
on this. Mary's home is about 5 miles north of the University of
Alaska Fairbanks. Round trip transportation is available at $15 per
person. Cancellations made at least three days before the tour are
75% refundable.
